Account and team

How to sign in, what you can change in Settings, how to bring your team in to share one brand, and what we keep about you.

Sign up and log in

  • Sign up with your email and a password (at least 8 characters). We send a 6-digit code to your email to check it is yours.
  • Log in with your email. We send you a 6-digit code.
  • Or press Continue with Google.
  • New accounts get 50 free credits.

Settings

Open Settings from the sidebar. It has four tabs:

  • Profile: your picture, your name, your email, your plan and the theme (light or dark).
  • Billing: your credits, your plan, buying credits and cancelling Pro. See Credits and plans.
  • Brand: your logos, website, contact details, socials and saved styles. See Brand kit.
  • Team: the people you work with.

Your team

Everyone has a team, even if it is just you. A team shares one brand kit and one set of saved styles, so everyone's posters look the same. Credits are not shared. Each person pays from their own balance.

OwnerChange everything, including logos and members. A team has one owner.
AdminChange logos, brand details and members.
MemberAdd saved styles and use the brand on their posters.

Invite someone

  1. Go to Settings, then Team.
  2. Type their email and pick Member or Admin.
  3. They get a link. They sign in with that same email and press Accept invitation.
  • A team can have up to 25 people. It does not need Pro.
  • Invites last 14 days.
  • Only the owner can change or remove an admin. The owner cannot be removed.

Notifications

The bell at the top of Pixelsmith and Thumbsmith tells you when an image you sent to the inspiration gallery is approved. Press View on the wall to see it.

Delete your account

Email hello@pixeloop.app from the email on your account and ask us to delete it. You are signed out everywhere when it is done.

What we keep

  • Images, videos, carousels and stories you make are kept for 30 days, then deleted on their own.
  • Your brand kit, saved styles and Face Pack stay until you delete them.
  • Loop chats are kept for 30 days from the last time you used them.
  • Your uploads are never used to train AI.
  • We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
