Terms of Service

Pixeloop is operated by First Media Network Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Rewari, Haryana (“Pixeloop”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to the Pixeloop website, web application and related services.

How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

2.1 Without an account

Much of Pixeloop works as a guest: cropping, collages, compression, on-device upscaling and exporting need no account, and a guest may also run a small daily allowance of AI generations and background removals. Guest work is held in your browser and is not saved to an account, so clearing browser data or switching device loses it. Keeping a copy of anything you care about is your responsibility.

2.2 With an account

An account lets you save designs and buy credits or a plan. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in runs through it.

• You own what you make. Images you upload and designs you create remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.
• You grant us a limited licence, only to host, store, process, back up and display your content so the service can function: storing a saved design so you can reopen it, or sending an image to our background-removal provider when you invoke that tool. It is limited to operating Pixeloop for you and ends when you delete the content or your account.
• We do not use your content to train AI models, and we will not use it in marketing without asking you first.
• You confirm you hold the rights to what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You agree not to use Pixeloop to:

• create or share unlawful material, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities;
• infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights;
• produce content intended to harass, defame, deceive or impersonate someone, including deceptive edits of real people;
• circumvent credit limits, quotas or payment, for example by automating requests or multiplying free allowances across accounts;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or rebrand the service; or
• disrupt the service, or attempt to reach accounts and systems that are not yours.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules, without notice where the breach is serious.

• Some features cost credits. What each action costs, and what each plan includes, is set out on our pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
• Monthly plan credits do not roll over. Each billing cycle grants a fresh allowance; unused monthly credits do not carry into the next cycle. Credits from a purchased pack remain until you use them.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money except where the law requires it.
• AI output is generated automatically and comes with no guarantee of accuracy, quality or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish.
• Some AI features depend on third-party providers; if a provider is unavailable, that feature may be temporarily unavailable too.

• Payment is handled by Razorpay. Prices appear on the pricing page and, unless stated otherwise, exclude taxes that may apply where you live.
• Renewal. A Pro subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• Cancellation. Cancel at any time from your billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the cycle already paid for; we do not pro-rate a partial period.
• Refunds. Except where the law gives you a refund right, payments are non-refundable. Any refund we do issue is processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method. Our Refunds and Cancellation policy sets out when we refund, how to ask, and how long it takes.
• Price changes. We may change prices; a change affecting an existing subscription takes effect from the next billing cycle, and we will tell you first.
• Failed payment. If a renewal payment fails, Pro entitlements pause until payment succeeds.

We work to keep Pixeloop available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you have paid for and cannot offer a reasonable equivalent, we will refund the unused portion.

Features labelled beta, coming soon or similar are unfinished, may change, and may never ship.

Pixeloop itself, meaning the software, interface and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Designs you create remain yours (section 3), and you may use them commercially.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or secure, or that results will meet your expectations.

Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹10,000.

That limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by us, or to anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

You may stop using Pixeloop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service. When an account ends, saved designs may be deleted; certain financial records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will say so in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Pixeloop afterwards means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rewari, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect mandatory rights you hold where you live.
