How credits work
- Each AI job shows its price before you start.
- Credits are set aside when you press the button and only taken when the result arrives. If a job fails, is refused, or you stop it, you get them back.
- Your balance is in the sidebar under Credits, and in the top bar of each tool. While a job runs, some credits show as on hold.
- If you run out, a Buy credits window opens.
- Credits are your own. They are not shared with your team.

Free and Pro
Pro costs $9 a month. You get 300 credits each month and full-size results from the AI tools.

Every model is open on Free and Pro at the same price. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
Credit packs
Packs are a one-time payment. Pack credits never expire.

Paying
- Open Pricing, or press Buy credits anywhere in the app.
- Pick a pack, or press Upgrade to Pro.
- Pay in the window that opens. Prices are in US dollars.
- Your credits are added as soon as the payment goes through.
If a Pro renewal fails, Pro pauses and you get an email with a link to pay. Pro comes back once the payment works.
Cancel Pro
- Open Settings and go to Billing.
- Press Cancel plan, then Yes, cancel.
You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. The card shows the date it ends. There is no part refund for the rest of the month.
Refunds
Email hello@pixeloop.app within 7 days of the charge, with "Refund request" as the subject.
- We refund if you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, paid and got nothing, do not know the charge, or a paid feature was taken away.
- We do not refund credits you already used, a month of Pro you used, or results you did not like.
- We reply within 2 working days. Money goes back to how you paid: usually 5 to 7 working days for cards and net banking, 1 to 3 for UPI and wallets.
- A refund takes back the credits it paid for.
