Loop

Loop is the assistant inside Pixeloop. Tell it what you want to post. It plans a short story video, shows you the plan and the price, then makes it while you watch the page fill in.

Open Loop

Press Ask Loop in the corner of any page. Loop is for signed-in accounts.

  • Type what you want and press Enter. Shift and Enter starts a new line. A message can be up to 4,000 characters.
  • Not sure where to start? Pick one of the three starter ideas in an empty chat.
  • You can close the panel while Loop works. The button shows Loop is working until it is done.

What Loop can do

  • Plan and make a story video in Motionsmith, from the idea to the finished, joined video.
  • Make the choices for you: the angle, the hook, how many scenes, how long each one is, the shape, sound and model. It only asks you something if your topic is unclear.
  • Finish a story you already have open in Story mode. If a job stopped halfway, ask again and it carries on from where it stopped.
  • Open any page for you: every tool, Your work, each part of Settings, Pricing, and any page or section of these docs.
  • Set up an image, a thumbnail or a carousel for you: it writes the prompt or the slides and fills in Pixelsmith, Thumbsmith or Carousel on screen, then tells you the price. You press Generate or Make yourself.
  • Find designs in the inspiration gallery. They show as pictures in the chat. Press Use this on one and it becomes the style in Pixelsmith.
  • Check your brand kit and save your website, contact details and social links to it, after you say yes. Only a team owner or admin can change the kit.
  • Tell you prices and how many credits you have.
  • Answer your questions about Pixeloop: how a tool works, what it costs, your plan, where to find something. Loop reads these docs to answer, and links you to the right page.

Unless you name a platform, Loop makes phone videos (9:16). Say YouTube and it makes a wide one (16:9).

Not yet

Loop is still learning these. Ask and it will open the right page so you can do it yourself:

  • Pressing Generate or Make for images, thumbnails and carousels (it sets them up, you press)
  • Reading photos you send in the chat
  • Adding a logo, or brand colours
  • Face Pack shots
  • A single clip in Video mode
  • Inviting your team
  • Rewriting the words of a story that already exists

How a job works

  1. Tell Loop your topic, and who it is for if you know.
  2. Loop writes a Story plan in the chat: the hook, who it is made for, the angle, the feeling, why people keep watching, the payoff, why they share it, the characters, the places and every scene. It also writes the on-screen text and a caption for when you post, each with a copy button.
  3. Press Make this story to approve it, or type what to change. Approving costs nothing.
  4. Loop opens Story mode and fills in the script. This is free.
  5. Before any credits are spent, a window shows the exact price. Press Make it to go ahead or Not now to stop. Loop cannot skip this step.
  6. Loop makes the pictures, then each scene in turn, then joins them. A card in the chat ticks off each step, and the finished video shows up in the chat.

Stop in the chat stops Loop from starting new steps. A scene that is already rendering keeps going. To stop that scene, use its own Stop button in Story mode.

Cost and daily limits

Talking to Loop is free. Pictures and scenes cost the normal Story mode prices, and only after you say yes in the price window.

There is a daily limit on how much Loop can do. A message is something you type. A step is Loop doing one action on its own, like opening a page or making a scene.

  • The count resets at midnight UTC.
  • If Loop never answered, that message is not counted.
  • One chat can hold up to 300 messages. After that, start a new chat.

Your chats

  • Every chat saves on its own. Open old ones with the clock button at the top of the panel. You see up to 50, newest first.
  • Chats are kept for 30 days from the last time you used them.
  • Reloading the page starts a new chat. Your old one is still in your chats list, and you can carry on from where you left off.
  • New chat starts fresh.
  • Deleting a chat removes the conversation for good. Anything Loop made, like your stories and videos, stays where it is.
